Meet Team Grove

The Grove shines by serving every meal and glass with a heart of hospitality to provide a refreshing twist on dining and wine for each guest's experience. 

R&R Hospitality Team was birthed from the belief that servant leaders are developed through having a heart of hospitality and providing excellence in service.

Leading the award-winning culinary efforts at The Grove is Martin County High School graduate Chef Joseph Andrade,  who also holds a culinary degree from the Florida Culinary Institute. While Chef Joseph is relatively new to us at The Grove, he is no stranger to excellence in culinary, having worked in some of the finest establishments in New York, Las Vegas, and most recently South Beach. "From #SobetoHobe" we like to say and are so grateful for JoJo's passion, creativity, contributions and unbelievable culinary talents he brings to on our team.

Helping The Grove thrive are many  local High School and Indian River State College culinary students in partnership with the Martin County High School Culinary program where Jen & Luis serve as advisory board members.  Under Luis' and Joe's leadership, our team is developing  young chefs, focusing on multiple aspects of the kitchen including pizzas, charcuterie & pastry arts on Team Grove.
