R&R Hospitality Team was birthed from the belief that servant leaders are developed through having a heart of hospitality and providing excellence in service.
Leading the award-winning culinary efforts at The Grove is New England raised Chef Ian McCue, a graduate of Johnson & Wales. Ian celebrated two years with The Grove in November 2021 and we are so grateful for Ian's passion, contributions and talents on our team.
Helping The Grove thrive is Ian's assistant, Curtis Lacey, a local Southfork High Alumni and recent graduate of the Indian River State College culinary degree program. Under Luis' and Ian's leadership, Curt is developing as a young chef, charcuterie & pastry artist and has lovingly earned the title of "Captain Soufflé" from Team Grove.
