Luis' international wine experience as an Advanced Sommelier, Certified Wine Educator, Adjunct Professor of Wine and Wine Director at numerous fine establishments affords The Grove Pizza Cucina & Wine Bar the opportunity to have a world-class, creative, innovative wine program overflowing with exceptional wines and events. A constant teacher and student of wine, Luis has trained countless sommeliers and restaurant staff around the nation, hosts Italian Wine Podcasts, and is a regularly featured judge and organizer of international wine events including the Wine Spectator Grand Tasting in New York each fall and the Puerto Rico Food & Wine Fest.
